I hired Flansburg construction to finish a portion of my basement in 2019. I had met with several contractors prior to deciding on who I wanted to work with and chose Flansburg because Dan the owner clearly and concisely answered my questions, communicated well, and was prompt in returning my communications and delivering on established expectations. I was not looking forward to having contractors in my home for an extended period of time but was pleasantly surprised at how friendly and professional the crew was while they were here. They answered questions, were personable, and were clean when working outside of the construction area. It is hard to find contractors that I am comfortable working with but I would happily hire Flansburg construction again for any future construction projects.
