Since 2011, Flansburg Construction has been helping transform homes throughout Central New Jersey and parts of Bucks County, PA. While we are a design-build firm that can handle every step of the process from initial planning to construction, we also work with your preferred designer or architect to bring the vision of your dream home to life.

The Flansburg Five-Step Build Process

When you’re interested in learning what the home remodeling experience will be like, we’ve broken down five simple steps of our process towards transforming your home:

Step 1: Preliminary Consultation & Budget Review

If you have an architect or designer that you’d like to work with on the design phase, we can bring those designs to life with our team of experienced builders. Our first meeting will be a consultation to cover our process as well as your wants and needs for the remodel. We’ll then review your budget and help you determine where to put it based on your wants & needs.

Step 2: Project Development Agreement

During this process, we’ll review the designs/drawings and plan your remodel with you while determining the different fixtures and finishes.

Step 3: Construction Contract

This stage is meant to review the details and come up with a construction schedule so you have a better idea of how long the project will take and if there are any necessary permits that need to be filed. This plan will be very thorough, but the details will be clear and organized.

Step 4: Construction

The most important step in this process is construction. If there are any changes that need to be made or hiccups in the schedule, you’ll be notified immediately. Throughout the process, you’ll receive regular updates about the progress.

Step 5: Project Completed

As we complete construction, we’ll make sure that every facet of the project adheres to the initial design from your architect and meets your expectations. You can also take comfort in that all of our work is covered under a three-year warranty.
