What Happens During the Final Walkthrough?
1.We will review all completed punch-list items to make sure everything is complete. 2.Review all quality and finishes 3.Review warranty period (3-years) 4.Review and other open items or items that require follow up and maintenance
What Will Communication Be Like Throughout the Project?
We aim to keep the communication clear and consistent throughout the project. depending on the phase of the project, there will be a specific point person that will handle communications. There are also other team members that are available for questions or communication if someone is out sick or on vacation.
Can You Remove Load-Bearing Walls?
Yes, almost all of our projects include removal or moving load bearing walls and structure.
How Do You Initiate the Design Process?
We initiate the design process with what we call a project development agreement. This agreement will contain the design and development scope along with deliverables and a preliminary scope of work. During the design phase, we aim to keep the scope and budget on tract towards the client’s goals.
How Do You Control Dust & Debris?
In a variety of ways- we use premium floor protection if needed, plastic dust walls, temporary walls with temp doors, air flow filtering and control, drop cloths etc. We take great pride in protecting existing finishes that are not in the scope of work or new finishes that we have recently installed. We also take great care on a client’s property to minimize impact.
